Service Desk Agent - L1 - ref. 10913


We are seeking for Service Desk Agent - L1 for a multinational partner.

Main tasks:

  • Receiving end user calls
  • Provide first level resolutions
  • Ticket creation/Categorization / Prioritization
  • Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
  • Incident resolution and recovery
  • Ticket Closure

Requirements:

  • Troubleshooting skills on desktop and shrink-wrapped applications(MS office, Adobe etc)
  • Troubleshooting skills on VPN connectivity, dial up , wireless routers
  • Knowledge on active directory, domain controllers etc
  • Exposure to password reset tools
  • Troubleshooting experience using remote control tools
  • Trouble shooting skills and experience in handling Exchange(Outlook)/Lotus Notes environment
  • Strong knowledge on operations/service delivery and ability to manage critical situations with minimum supervision
  • Willing to work in 24x7 environment
  • Basic understanding of Computers and Trouble shooting skills required
  • A good command of languages (English+Spanish+Portuguese)
  • 1+ years experience in 24x7 operations (Candidates earlier worked in international contact/call centers in a voice support process is preferred)

Education:

  • Any Science / Technical Diploma or Graduation
  • B.E./Diploma/ Any Graduation Professional

Experience:

  • 1+ years experience in 24x7 operations (Candidates earlier worked in international contact/call centers in a voice support process is preferred)
