Managerial skills improvement program

 The upcoming elements of the training are to acquaint customers with the presently most well-known and most effective management philosophy and the way it can be put into practice. Interviewing Techniques
Structured interviewing is inevitable when new employees are to be chosen effectively. During the program participants learn the process of initiating an interview; preparation, strategic planning, building up the set of criteria, conducting the conversation, and the implementation of post-activities.
We build up the training with respect to the company’s set of criteria used for the selection of candidates. The program predominantly involves practical elements, however each and every part is launched with a short theoretical introduction. In the course of the training we make participants work out a complete interview with respect to a particular position starting from the preparation process up to post-activities.
Personal Consultation
We provide personal consultation for executives concerning the solution of particular human resource management problems.
 

Personal Coaching
