Attitude Analysis

The goal of the research is the exploration of the reasons why the staff is holding certain opinions concerning the company, or regarding particular problems or challenges, how these opinions come to life, what channels they flow in and what affects them and what the structure of the relationships within the staff is like. The aim of the process is to bring the “problems” to the surface and to make propositions about the way they might be solved, to enhance a(n) (more) effective communication, to strengthen the loyalty and commitment of the staff and to get to know the optimal company culture.

Performance Development Review (PDR)
The purpose of performance development review is the objective and subjective measurement of the employee’s performance, and its encouragement and reward. Besides this, by sizing up training needs and working out short and long-term educational programs it provides a channel of communication between employee and organization.
The possibility of educational planning is established by the Performance Development Review. By continuous professional education the personal and professional improvement of the employees can be ensured, their skills improved, and their knowledge continuously kept up to date. We also provide help in developing optimal educational programs.
 

Development Center

The Development Center is an integrated method of skill and personality examination tools, which unifies several analytic instruments. Its ways of operation can be flexibly modified in accordance with the requirements of the scope of activities a given job entails. Besides this it makes way for an evaluation that is valid, objective and involves several aspects of consideration. It has in its focus the assessment of the abilities and motivation of team members and the development of personal plans for improvement.
360° Evaluation for measuring various competences
Besides the evaluated executive, with the help of a guided interview or questionnaire we also gather information concerning the opinion of the executive’s superiors, inferiors as well as of colleagues on the same work level. The completion of questionnaires bids the privilege of anonymity providing the colleagues with freedom to speak their minds about the executive and their activities. The guided interview is similarly conducted in strict confidence. The multi-approach research gives a finer, more detailed picture about the executive’s work and company reputation, along with the person’s strengths as well as their areas subject to improvement. The application of the method can be done in more than one ways: in writing, based on a previously developed evaluation sheet, or orally. The person being evaluated evaluates themselves orally or in writing using the very same questionnaire filled in or elaborated on by their colleagues who evaluate them.


Outplacement – individual and grouped

Outplacement is a career counsel, which provides help for both the employers and affected employees in the hard period following dismissals due to the initiation of a company cut-back. We provide support in this process. The program is of a knowledge-providing and skill-developing nature, upon the completion of which participants’ mental health and competitive power on the labor market significantly increases.
