Assessment Center

The assessment center is an integrated method of skill and personality observation tools, which comprises several analitic instruments. The trained evaluators (usually a team made up by company executives and external advisors) observe and evaluate the skills, abilities and personality of the candidates and involve the acquired information in their human resource decision-making processes, such as manpower selection, promotion or personality improvement.
The methods of the Assessment Center can be altered in a flexible way to suit the particular scope of activities a certain job involves.
