Test Lead

We are seeking for Test Lead for a multinational partner.

Main Tasks/Responsibilities:

• To participate in Requirements walkthrough
• Create validation plan
• Create applicable validation documents
• Review protocols and pre-approve protocols
• Ensure pre-approval from SQAE
• Approve Traceability matrix
• Complete system certification and approve
• Manage task allocation of Nearshore team
• Understand existing SOPs, SDLC
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams for test environment

Education:

Bachelors/ Masters Degree

Technical Skills & Specialisation

Required: Understanding of SDLC cycle & Software Test cycle

Nice-to-have: Understand Validation Process, Validation life cycle and Work flow

Functional / Domain Skills & Specialisation

Testing - Required

Nice to have: Life sciences / Pharma Regulations

Nice to have: Validation testing - Preferred

Interpersonal / Consulting / Soft Skills

• Should be able to communicate in German and participate in meetings/ Teleconference and plan project activities.
• Offer solution to technical challenges to customer and ability to provide suggestions and options for a given situation
• The team to be spread across geographical locations that include Ludwigshafen, Hungary & India
• Ability to organize work with Offshore team, Near shore (Hungary) team

Language Skills (& level required)

English - Fluent - Required

Management / Team Lead skills (if any)

To coordinate, Plan & track activities and status report at regular intervals

Keep the stakeholders informed/updated on need basis

Professional Experience

• Testing Experience - 3+ years
• Strong testing fundamentals
• Good in estimation + coordination
• Planning and tracking activities
• Status reporting at needed intervals
• Ability to work independently and deliver results

• Life Sciences industry experience
• Conceptual knowledge of 21 CFR part 11 (or Suitable EMEA regulations)

Travel expectations

Willing to travel occasionally from Hungary to Germany.
